If you're interested in brewing craft beer, but not quite ready to invest in the equipment required to be a home-brewer, reserve a kettle at Hopsters Brewing Company. This is more than just a brewery, it's an interactive space to learn about craft beer as you get your hands dirty.
The brewmasters at Hopsters host brewing classes during which you'll learn the ins and outs of the process and get a chance to try it for yourself. You can actually pick your recipe based on your beer preferences. Then, two or three weeks later, return to bottle your fully fermented beer and take it home with you. You can also swing by the taproom anytime to sip on the craft beers that Hopsters' team is brewing and enjoy a few bites along with it.
