The chefs at Vaanga combine traditional and modern techniques to craft a mix of classic and contemporary bites. The menu encompasses more than 100 types of dosas, a range of Hyderabadi biryani dishes, and a handful of Indo-Chinese entrees to round out the offerings.
If you want to try some of the fusion food, dig into a “Bae-rito” bowl stuffed with chicken tikka masala and paneer, spicy volcano chicken, or lamb. You can also dig into tacos filled with veggies or meat. Looking for a lighter bite? Try one of the dosas, such as the Superstar, which is packed with spiced potato masala and onions. For something more traditional, dig into a curry like the lamb vindaloo or the butter chicken. Treat yourself to a mango lassi or rose milk for dessert.
