Head chef Case Lovell recreates the feel of a European food market at Bar Mercato with a menu of bites representing cuisines from all across the continent. The European tapas bar debuted in March with an intimate dining room, tucked away in the lobby of the Hyatt Centric.
Stop by for dinner to grab an artisan cocktail and share a few of the globally inspired small plates. Try the steak tartare over parmesan-encrusted toast with beet mustard and a fried egg. Savor the bacon-wrapped dates stuffed with blue cheese and drizzled with an orange glaze. Try the grilled octopus swimming in a saffron-infused white bean stew. If you’re still hungry, dig into an entree such as a gourmet burger, the steak frites, or the grilled salmon with pesto and roasted sunchokes.
